    Lazerwood Keys

Apple’s keyboards are simple and beautiful, but they’re without warmth. Lazerwood Keys provide you with individual wooden toppers for each key on your Apple keyboard (all sizes) so you can type on a wood finish. It’s a little pricey for just decoration, but very cool. (Via Uncrate)

    iCade 8-Bitty

Although you’ll find plenty of games for the iPad, not all of them were made for a touch screen. Many function better with the help of some actual buttons. iCade’s 8-bitty retro controller gives them to you with an old school feel. Bluetooth controllers for smartphones and tablets often come at a premium, but the 8-bitty only runs you $25. Not a bad deal if you want some tactile response in your next game of Pac-Man. Lid Sid

Sometimes your pots need to let off a little steam, but they can’t do that so well if you leave the lid on or take it off entirely. Lid Sid is a little guy who sacrifices his comfort to get between the lid of your put and the pot itself, providing steam ventilation. A more expensive solution, but horribly cute. (via Swissmiss)

    PLANK

What do you need before you leave? Your keys, wallet, phone, and maybe a pack of gum. A little floating shelf called PLANK can store it all beautifully. Magnets hold your keys at the bottom, and the little wooden platform holds the rest. Simple, useful, and attractive. (via Swissmiss)

    Sony DSC-RX100

The Sony DSC-RX100 costs about what you’d expect to pay for an entry-level DSLR, and that’s because it packs nearly the same quality into an extremely compact form. An extra large sensor, fast processor, big screen, and exceptional low-light performance (for a point-and-shoot) add up to the first pocketable camera that makes professionals feel comfortable leaving their DSLR at home.
